Job Summary
The Administrative coordinator will report to the Executive Director in Canada of the Canada ASEAN Business Council office in Canada.
The position is a part-time contract of 4 days/week at 6 hours per day
The candidate can work from Toronto or Montreal
Responsibilities
Administrative tasks: Bookkeeping, budgeting and accounting
Contribute to organizing events and coordinating during the events
Preparation of presentation, invitation letters, and media posts in French and English
Build the database of leads in specific sectors (research and business development)
Set up and follow up on meetings with potential partners and members in Canada
Contribute to preparing the monthly report for the Canada office
Contribute to building the SME network and program
French website translation
Develop the CABC YouTube video projects
Other tasks needed during the year
Required Qualifications
Good French and English (Written and spoken)
College or University degree
Good accounting knowledge
Marketing and event organizing skills
Be flexible and available to work after hours for event coordination
Team spirit
Resourceful
