CABC-NUS Report: Assessing CleanTech Barriers in Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines and Thailand

This report is a collaborative publication by the Canada-ASEAN Business Council (CABC) and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP) at the National University of Singapore (NUS).

This report seeks to identify CleanTech-related barriers and opportunities in Southeast Asia, and map out corresponding actionable steps for Canadian public and private organizations to maximise Canadian inroads into SEA CleanTech environments.

This study builds upon the CABC’s sustainability-related advocacy and efforts, by contributing to an evidence base that informs further action towards climate change mitigation efforts in Southeast Asia. Together with the CABC’s Sustainability Partner, Manulife, we will continue to drive research and education to foster more collaboration between Canada and ASEAN in working towards shared sustainability goals, such as the energy transition and commitment to net-zero emissions.
